Option 1. One-time purchase with subscription

 

Would you rather invest in the hardware yourself? You can. You buy the screens and players once, either from Spark or from your own supplier. Per screen, you also pay a monthly subscription fee for the use of our software and support. What is included in the subscription?

  • Access to the Spark application management platform
  • Maintenance, updates and further development of the software
  • Service desk support for two organization managers
  • Second or third line support if needed
  • Security of the entire chain: from player to management environment
  • Settlement of the factory warranty of the purchased hardware

Option 2. Device-as-a-Service (DaaS)

With DaaS you do not buy screens or players, but rent them for a fixed period. The equipment remains the property of Spark Narrowcasting. We take care of delivery, installation, maintenance and support. You benefit from hardware and software, without high purchase costs or worries about management. Everything remains up-to-date and in good working order, so you can fully focus on the content on your screens.
