The new "House of Culture and Government" is built sustainable and earthquake-resistant to the requirements of our time. For example, through the use of solar panels. In the House of Culture and Governance, the library, Kielzog (theater, music school and Grand Café) and the town hall of Central Groningen come together under one roof.

The project
During the construction of City Hall Midden-Groningen, narrowcasting showed a live stream of the progress at 3 locations. Now that the House of Culture and Government is completed, Spark Narrowcasting is being deployed throughout the House of Culture and Government. There are screens in the general areas, the Kielzog theater, library and in the living rooms. The Digital Signage displays are of various sizes and are used in both portrait and landscape orientation.

Spark Narrowcasting built the slide layout set completely in the corporate identity for the municipality of Midden-Groningen. Employees and visitors are shown various information through the screens. For example, instruction videos, regional news, opening hours and news from the municipality.

The Municipality of Midden-Groningen wants to use its office spaces as effectively as possible. To make optimal use of the occupancy, the meeting rooms are equipped with Spark Rooms. Employees can easily reserve a room via TopDesk. The Spark Rooms display at the room shows whether the room is available or occupied.

On separate information screens, the municipality displays information from Flexwhere's workplace management platform. Employees can easily and clearly see which flex spot is still available. In addition to displaying the workplace occupancy from Flexwhere, there is the option of displaying other information.

A high brightness display in the hall shows the opening hours of the city hall, this way visitors who are standing in front of a closed door are provided with this information. This display has different specifications, with such a display you want more light output so that it is still easily readable.
