Spark Narrowcasting processes and manages personal data of future, current and former employees, (customers of) customers, suppliers and relations in various (information) systems. Such processing is subject to the privacy statement of Spark Narrowcasting. At a number of places on this website personal data is requested. Personal data is data that can be traced to individual persons, such as a telephone number, e-mail or home address. Spark Narrowcasting strives to process and manage personal data that you leave behind during a visit to the website in such a way that your privacy is protected and safeguarded.
This privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data by Spark Narrowcasting B.V.
Processing personal data via the website
While browsing the website we only process personal information that you provide to request information or services. If you enter data on our website, we process and use this data to contact you about your request or request for help. We process the following data:
- NAW data
- Company information
- (Business) contact information such as phone number, email address, etc.
- In addition, (online) job applications request data such as name, address, phone number, resume information and other data relevant to Spark Narrowcasting for a job application.
The data you send in such cases will be collected, stored and used to respond to your request or review your application.
Protection and security
- We handle information we process with care, confidentiality and integrity. To this end, we take technical, organizational, physical and human measures.
- We base this on ISO27001, among other things. Spark Narrowcasting is ISO27001 certified.
- We define and distribute responsibilities in information security and privacy protection.
- We report (potential) incidents immediately internally.
- We speak to each other about undesirable or unsafe behavior.
- The data is stored only in the servers used by Spark Narrowcasting. These servers are located in a certified data center in the Netherlands. This is strictly secured for physical access.
- In addition to information security measures, we take appropriate measures to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) and the corresponding national AVG Implementation Act.
To perform our work, we sometimes use the services of suppliers and (sub)processors. We share personal data with these parties only if there is a processing basis for doing so and this is necessary for the performance of our work and the delivery and of our services.
We only engage suppliers and (sub)processors who can demonstrate that the information and personal data entrusted to them are properly protected. We actively monitor our suppliers and (sub) processors. All data provided to Spark Narrowcasting will be kept confidential and, unless explicitly stated otherwise, will not be provided to third parties, unless required by law or required by judicial authorities.
Data will be deleted upon termination of customer services. User accounts are locked as of service termination date and deleted from the system within 12 months. All other data, including user and activity logging, will be deleted or anonymized within a maximum of 12 months.
Your privacy rights
You can check with us whether we process personal data about you and, if so, which data. You can also exercise the following rights:
- Right of inspection and correction
- Right of deletion and right to oblivion
- Right of restriction (cessation of processing).

In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies, to evaluate user behavior on our website and the tool processes domains from form entries (e.g., "Leadinfo.com") to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve services.
