Receive notification when a screen is offline
With Spark you can easily monitor whether all digital signage screens within the organization are online.
If everything is in order then they are on green. If a screen is not reporting then it is on red.

Monitor screen status even better
Now it is possible to receive an email when a screen fails to report. If a screen shows a black image, you will receive a notification. Action can then be taken immediately by checking whether there are problems in the network or perhaps an Internet failure.
If that is not enough to get the screen back to green please feel free to contact our service desk. After all, together we want to make sure the screens are always 100% online.
