Ease of use and patient-centeredness
Since July, OLVG has been using Spark Narrowcasting to take the application of narrowcasting in the hospital to the next level. Ease of use and patient orientation are two important starting points.
At the main locations East and West, the outpatient clinics and departments are equipped with information screens. The content created by the OLVG is varied, alternating a lot with image, video and text messaging.
"Content plays a big role, but the basis of a user-friendly system was missing. Spark offered us the right solution for that; a simple system that still has enough features to provide patient-focused information by department or outpatient clinic through an attractive playlist."
