This privatization concerns a legal split-off in the sense of article 2:334a paragraph 3 of the Dutch Civil Code, after this split-off we will remain affiliated with Bossers & Cnossen B.V. With the privatization we ensure that we can put our relationship even more central and realize a total focus on our Narrowcasting solution. With this privatization we also expect to be able to realize our (European) growth plans and be of better service to you.
We are and will remain Spark Narrowcasting, a reliable partner for all our customers and relations. We will not change your contract, nothing about your contacts, nothing about the phone number where we can be reached and you can still visit us at Wasaweg 3 in Groningen.
What does change?
Soon we will have our own Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number and new bank account number.
