Content on the screens
For each department, a location manager has been appointed who is responsible for updating the information on the screens. A variety of content is displayed on these screens, including introducing new employees, celebrating anniversaries, important information about training courses, open vacancies, Caparis's code of conduct and organizational news. In addition, employees gain insight into social initiatives and activities thanks to the integration of social media messages. In the canteens, Spark Narrowcasting plays an additional role by visually presenting the daily menu and other dishes there, such as the daily special, with accompanying images. This not only increases information transfer, but also makes it attractive and clear.

Custom designed slide layouts in the house style
For Caparis, specially designed slide layouts that fully match the company's house style colors. A slightly larger font than usual was deliberately chosen, so that the information remains readable for the various target groups within Caparis. Each slide can be arranged flexibly with headings, sub-headings and bullets, providing a streamlined, uncluttered look. In addition, QR codes can optionally be added to a slide to enable faster and more interactive information transfer.
