Antonius uses Spark Narrowcasting to increase patient satisfaction and to inform patients and visitors during their stay in the hospital. Both locations Sneek and Emmeloord use Spark's narrowcasting application.

Chosen for user-friendly digital signage system

Antonius offers a broad package of care, including hospital care, home care, emergency care, care mediation and services at home through Thuishotel. With around 3,000 people, they work daily to provide committed and reliable care for all residents of the region of Zuidwest Friesland, the Noordoostpolder and Urk. In hospital if necessary, at home if possible.

The Project
Spark digital signage is deployed by the Antonius for both hospital locations. The screens have different sizes that can be installed both portrait and landscape.

Information
Narrowcasting enhances the atmosphere and increases peace of mind by informing the public in the waiting areas in a pleasant way. Antonius will provide its patients, visitors and employees with various types of information through the narrowcasting screens.

Central information
Practical information about the hospital and home care;
Emergency messages;
Current events and ongoing campaigns.

Decentralized information
Practical information about the respective outpatient clinics;
Information about the physicians currently attending.

Antonius users log in by using Single Sign on.

Together with Antonius, we will soon realize a link with Qmatic for calling up patients. Subsequently, Antonius will also make use of the possibility to make live waiting times visible on the screen via HiX, this will be implemented when the new corporate identity of the hospital is completed.
