Dynamic project posters

Bureau Meerstad is responsible for the development, construction and delivery of public space, the production of ready-to-build plots for housing and facilities and the realization of the associated infrastructure in Meerstad. The agency also concentrates on the development and sale of housing and vacant lots in the area. The floating office and information center move with the developments in the area. So that residents and visitors can be informed and facilitated as much as possible from close by, where the action is.

The project
For the information and sales center, Bureau Meerstad was looking for a suitable solution to replace the use of project posters with a dynamic solution. The project posters show expressions of new construction projects in the area to be developed. To replace the project posters, portrait screens were tightly concealed against the wall. With Spark Narrowcasting, the information can now be displayed dynamically in the information and sales center.

The design of the project posters was adopted in slide layouts for narrowcasting. Bureau Meerstad thus has layouts entirely in its house style with bright and cheerful colors. In this way, the agency can quickly and easily display new information about new construction projects, the supply of self-build plots and other important information with striking house style features. To direct visitors to more information about a project, the QR code generator was made available in the slide layout.
