The Cooperation Organization professionally advises and supports the boards of the municipality of De Wolden and municipality of Hoogeveen in the performance of all municipal tasks. Both municipalities co-exist and have their own dynamics.

The mission of the Cooperation Organization is that they devote maximum effort to those issues that are important to residents and administrators. They provide customization where necessary and take into account the two municipalities' own identity and culture.

Project
Spread across Hoogeveen and Zuidwolde, several locations, including the sports hall, swimming pool, work square and town halls, have been equipped with Spark Narrowcasting screens. These locations are now able to communicate effectively and directly with visitors, employees and citizens. All locations, municipality Hoogeveen, Zuidwolde, Sporthal Activum and swimming pool de Dolfijn have layouts in their own house style.

The playlist on the screens are precisely tailored to SWO de Wolden Hoogeveen's corporate identity, with customized layouts that display a wide range of information. From news releases and meeting room reservations to information on locker room layouts and system and network updates for the IT department.

Custom news feeds have been integrated especially for SWO de Wolden Hoogeveen, providing up-to-date information about events in and around Hoogeveen and De Wolden.

Spark Narrowcasting played a role not only in advising on the optimal screen size and best locations for placement, but also in recommending the most appropriate brackets for installation.
