To effectively inform visitors and passers-by in business center ZUID4, property manager and developer Rend chose Spark Narrowcasting. With information screens in and around the building in Leeuwarden, visitors, passers-by and tenants alike are provided with current and relevant information. The cooperation went smoothly and resulted in a solution that perfectly matches the wishes and image. Rend enjoyed supervising this project!

Screens were placed at several locations. Passersby can use the High Brightness screen in the shop window to instantly view information about available office spaces and properties for sale. Images are also displayed and additional information is available via a QR code so that interested parties can easily read through even outside of office hours. In addition, the screens pay attention to meeting room rentals. The content targets both the business market, SMEs and passers-by.
Space for tenants
Rend chose to give tenants the opportunity to display their own content via the screens, such as company news or vacancies. In this way, tenants gain additional visibility and can actively share their message with visitors to the property.

Sleek and playful design
The slide layouts were designed according to the requirements: sleek, playful and with their own character. All screens are positioned in portrait mode, so the content is presented powerfully and clearly.
